About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and personable Remote Appointment Setter to join our team and help drive the early stages of our sales process. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for engaging with outbound leads and target accounts, scheduling meetings for our Sales Account Executives. We’re seeking a proactive and personable Remote Appointment Setter to join our team and help drive the early stages of our sales process. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for engaging with outbound leads and target accounts, scheduling meetings for our Sales Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fully remote B2B SaaS environment where you’ll play a critical role in growing our sales pipeline by creating strong first impressions with prospects.

What You’ll Do

Tasks Include:

Engage and Qualify Leads

• Initiate contact with outbound leads and target accounts via email, phone, and other channels to introduce them to our product.

• Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our product before passing them to the sales team.

Schedule Appointments

• Coordinate with prospects to schedule demo and consultation appointments with our Sales Account Executives, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial experience.

• Use scheduling tools to arrange appointments at mutually convenient times for both the prospect and sales team members.

Relationship Building

• Build rapport and trust with prospects by understanding their needs and pain points, positioning our product as a valuable solution to their business challenges.

• Maintain consistent follow-up communication to keep prospects engaged and informed, creating a positive pre-sales experience.

• A background in appointment setting or lead generation in a similar environment is ideal but not required.

Strong Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a personable approach to prospect outreach.

• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects and communicate value succinctly, preparing them for further discussion with a Sales Account Executive.

Organized & Process-Oriented

• Highly organized with a methodical approach to managing lead outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling.

• Comfort using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and communication platforms (such as Zoom and email) to keep track of interactions and appointments.

What We’re Looking For
