Demo Our Product

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to show prospects and trial users how our product can meet their unique needs, emphasizing the ROI and practical benefits.

• Guide prospects through the product, highlighting features that align with their specific goals and pain points.

Prospect Engagement & Follow-Up

• Engage with inbound leads, trial users, and past customers in a timely and thoughtful manner, building rapport and trust to establish a high-quality prospect experience.

• Follow up with prospects using a strategic approach that addresses their specific concerns and objectives.

Relationship Building

• Establish and nurture relationships with prospects throughout their decision-making journey, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

• Maintain communication across multiple channels, including email, Zoom, Loom, and live webinars, to educate and empower users.

• Proven success in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with experience selling solutions at $400/month or higher.

• Ability to understand and communicate the value of SaaS solutions and work with business decision-makers to align our product with their needs.

• Experience scaling sales operations, managing pipelines, and meeting sales targets in a similar role.

Superior Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain product benefits and ROI in a compelling manner.

• Effective relationship-building skills, comfortable interacting with prospects and customers across different industries and backgrounds.

Process-Oriented

• Comfortable following structured demo and sales processes, with an understanding of how to adapt and personalize these to best serve each prospect’s needs.
